Hallo there,
I just moved into my current house in January and inherited an espaliered (I think that's the word!) pear tree growing in the garden against the neighbours' garage wall.
I have done absolutely nothing to this tree whatsoever apart from water it now and again, and it's produced wee pears that are rock hard and don't really look edible.
But then again, I know NOTHING about fruit trees! Absolutely nothing!
I'd love to find out what variety it is so then I could then investigate how to look after it properly, and maybe even prune it or something scary like that
If someone would be kind enough to look at my picture of it on Flickr here and identify it for me, I'd be ever so grateful!
Thank you,
Croila
