What can I do with tiny grapes??

This year our grapes have been a disaster, link to pic below.

Does anyone have any suggestions about what to do with them. We thought juice them but I'm not sure they're very sweet. Also, if anyone has any pruning tips for next year that would be helpful.

Put them in a pan and gently press with a potato masher just enough to burst the skins and slightly flatten.
add a bit of sugar and gently heat until they become transluscent.
Serve with ice cream!
Works a treat with wrinkly old grapes too like zazen*.

How about grape jelly. Made some last year and it was good.

My grapes are small this year despite thinning out the bunches and the grapes. In our case it is lack of rain.
