Sorry no. As I understand it you can grow citrus fruits from pips but they don't necessarily come true to type. If you want a Lemon Eureka you will probably have to buy a small plant and grow it on.
most if not all lemons grow true to type from seeds as does a lot ( but not all citrus ) , its not worth seed growing citrus unless you realy like a special variety thats not easy to get, but even then you are better seed growing a japaniese bitter orange finding someone who has one who will post you a small stick and grafting one yourself
it will be about 10-20 years before it fruits and it cant be pruned at all till it does to allow the node count to be obtained allowing it to mature to fruiting age
you can get 3-4 foot ones for £20 for a grafted one on the net,its usualy better paying slightly more for an older larger tree or getting photos of the exact plant you would be buying....(if on ebay!), places like the citrus center , davids exotic plants, global orange groves , reads nurseries , and seagrave nurseries are good suppliers
but the ones from aldi earlier in the year i got are still very healthy , i think they were £10 , they will probably have them next year about april
