Have just checked my newly planted blackberry plants and at the tips of the leaves there seems to be a blue powdery substance, i have also got this powder on some of my strawberry plants. Can anybody shed some light on this and should i be worried, We have had some heavy showers could this be in the rain? Hope somebody can help. Regards Mick
