As title really. I want to mow round an area which is weed free, round my fruit trees in the lawn.

I just let the grass grow up to the trunks. I use shears to chop the grass that grows within a couple of inches of the trunk. Don't use a strimmer round the trunk because it will strip off the tree bark and possibly kill the tree.. -
just spray around the trunk with round up. As wide a weed free zone as you require.Comment

Cut out a circle in the grass around the trunk, then fill the circle with bark mulch.
