The sun was gorgeous here today - like a day in summer. The rhubarb is about 6" high. I'm planning to use it to make a sauce to go with meat - goose , pork etc. Just have to look for a recipe. Any ideas. And off course - rhubarb fool. Maybe some crumble. And leaves as a slug deterrent. Maybe I'll need some more rhubarb.
