Hi
My mother has an apple tree its about 30 years old and has some quite severely cankered areas.
It also is getting quite large and badly needs a prune.
When do I prune the tree and how and when do I get rid of the canker? I am not bothered about using fungicides I just want the job done before it kills the tree, mum would be devastated!
