    Just ordered the following trees from Adams Apples.
    The 2 apple trees are to add to my elstar for cider making.
    Opinions and advice welcome

    1. Cider Apples > Bittersweet Michelin M25

    2. Cider Apples > Sharp Kingston Black - Cider Apple Tree Rootstocks MM106 4-5 metres

    3. Cherry Stella Cherry - 2 year old

    Do you have a cider recipe, I have loads of cox's ?

      Hi I dont have any recipes as making cider is a pretty straight forward process (so I've read) I've read that you need a good mix of sweet, bitter sweet, and sharp apples to make a good cider so thats why I've gone for my 3 choices. I don't see why you cant make cider out of just one type of apple. You may not win any awards but hey . . . . you will still get tipsy.

            Yes they do have great names. I just cant believe how many varieties there are.
            My trees are being delivered after Xmas. I cant wait.
