Another pear tree to pollunate the other one? More apples? (FB would approve of that )

As oldie says maybe some plums - I like greengages or damsons and a quince....if you have plenty of patience, how about a cherry tree (I mean with netting in the summer). How about a cherry plum?
Blueberries - need some acidic soil but are very much worth the effort.
Red and black currants - easy to grow and very useful.
      Raspberries - a must have.
Big strawberries - easy to grow.

If you like something abit different, how about a medlar?

Obviously this is personal choice and only suggestions but there are endless possibilties with fruit.

      Hope that helps

We once had a Quince tree, a proper one, not Japonica. I'd add one to an orchard because they're such lovely looking trees and the fruit is rather special.

Although they aren't strictly orchard plants, I'd suggest at least blackcurrants, red and/or whitecurrants too, if you think you'll use them.

And a greengage tree, they're absolutely amazing to eat raw, and cook - jam and pies, delicious!

Would it be worth investigating if you've got the right conditions for growing peaches?

How about, also, to encourage friendly insects, Rosa rugosa, for a pretty hedge and loads of huge rosehips that can be turned into jam/jelly/cordial and perhaps an Elder, for both flowers and berries. You can use Rowan berries too.
