new to all this veggie stuff any help welcome

hi all am very new to all this gardening and hope some of you will be able to help me on veggies and fruit right i made some raised beds for salads and strawberries
i just got some bare root strawberries in the post today can i plant them out now or do i have to wait till this bad weather has gone ? if i have to wait what do i do with them ?.
i have got a cold frame green house as well . all help welcome

i have allso made a little polly tunnel for them

i would plant them in a bucket in compost and leave them in the greenhouse covered with a bit of fleece till it gets a bit warmer
