  • Strawberiies from Seed

I recently planted 15 Florian Hybrid seeds which all germinated, I have today transplanted them onto yogurt pots, most have their first 2 true leaves, and they are taking up valuable south-facing windowsill space, do you think they would survive going into a cold-frame/outside or should I wait until they are a certain size/temp outside?

    Thanks in advance

      from the seed packet:

"When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow them on in cooler conditions until large enough to plant outdoors.

When strawberry plants are well grown and all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before planting outdoors in their final positions."
