Would it be best to start strawberries from seedlings or get a starter window plant? I had strawberries quite a few years ago, but I don't recall how I started them!

Depends on how many plants you want. If its just a couple, buy them and you have fruit quickly. -
I bought a tray of 6 young plants from B&Q i think i paid about £3.95
i planted them in 6 pots and i have young strawberries forming

I'm thinking just a couple of plants to start with; I don't have the room to go hog wild just yet. I love the smell of strawberries. Plus then I could make a couple jars of strawberry jam when they come in!Comment
