Unidentifiable fruit bush

I planted this bush a year ago and it hasn't had any berries. So the problem is that I don't know what it is. it is probably really obvious but the tags washed off and now I'm stuck because I want to take it out of the ground and into a pot but I can't because I'm afraid it won't like it and probably die on me.
Can somebody tell me what it is and how to look after it. Thanks.

Looks raspberryish to me. If it is a raspberry (or loganberry or any of the other raspberry hybrids) it won't have borne any fruit yet. They all fruit on canes grown the previous year.

I'd suggest raspberry too.
Just leave it where it is and wait for it to fruit. Moving a plant will shock it and it may not flower/fruit this year- then you'll be non the wiser!

Oh- by the way- could you please put your location into your profile? We have peeps from all over the world here, and it certainly helps with things like plant ID if we know roughly where you are located!

Why don't you wait to see if it fruits this year?

If you want to dig it up, dig it up and put it somewhere shady for a few days until it perks up, then treat it like any other pot. I think it's a raspberry personally but it's hard to tell.

Note - Not all raspberries fruit on canes grown the previous year - you have to wait until it flowers and fruits and see what happens.

Looks a bit like the Tayberry I planted last autumn.

Raspberry canes use to grow absolutely vertical. I could be wrong, but my guess is a Thornless Blackberry. Just wait another year and you know ...

It looks like a thornless blackberry too. I've one and the stems are squareish.

It could be a thornless black because there are no thorns on it(and I LOVE blackberries too). The underside of the leaves are kinda fuzzy.

I don't think it is any of those. Its stems are a red-brown kind of colour. Thanks but i don't think it is any of those(I could be wrong)

Could be a Hybrid berry. As mentioned, my money is on a Tayberry
