I ordered a Lemon Plant from these guys - when it eventually arrived it was as close to dead as you can get but still just hanging on! - All the shoots at the top of the plant had withered and most of the top leaves were crisp and detached from the plant! The delivery note stated the dispatch 9 days before it arrived! Additionally the plant had just been thrown into a pot which had only been half filled with earth and the top roots were exposed. When I phoned to complain, I was put on hold for ages only to be told that they would arrange for the plant to be collected for return and that cost would be refunded within 21 days! Not reason for the 21 days btw and no apology for the disgusting service and quality of plants!
