Can anyone advise please. I have a couple of Raspberry bushes - planted 3yrs ago - think they are the Autumn bliss variety. When picked the fruit disintegrates from looking like a 'raspberry' into a mass of 'bobbles'!..(they just disintegrate on being pulled from the cane) and rather than having a nice punnet full of healthy looking fruits, I am left with something resembling hundreds and thousands::...Same thing happened last year, and I thought perhaps it was due to lack of watering, so have upped the water and certainly have more fruits this year, though the same thing is still happening...Where am I going wrong..?!!

Ditto, if I miss picking them for a day or two they get like this for me. Hence the red hands this morning! I am freezing those and eating the more solid ones.
Mind if I ask did you make raspberry wine before TS and is it nice? Will have enough frozen to do it but read some people saying raspberry is too acidic or something to make a nice wine??? (Sorry for off topic)

I had Autumn Bliss for a number of years but when I moved plot ditched them as I had exactly the crumbling problem you describe. I think it was if they got dry when the fruit was forming. I know we've had a wet year but it's been quite dry here for the last few weeks.
