I would also put Sunset ahead of Falstaff. I think of Sunset is "mid/late" and Rajka as "mid", but it is all very arbitrary.

I think the most likely sequence is Rajka -- Sunset -- Falstaff, but the actual "gap" between them could vary by region and climate and so on.

Thought I would update you on what I am getting. The trees are coming from Keepers nursery and should be arriving later this week!

Rosette apple (maiden) - this will be grafted onto the tree that is already there.
Rajka apple (2 yr old fan trained).
Red Falstaff apple (2 yr old half standard). This will go at the more shaded end about 6 feet away from the fence. The shaded end is far less shaded now as a tree had to come down and loads of ivy and shrubbery has gone.

Opal plum (2 yr old fan trained on VVA-1)
Verity plum (2 yr old fan trained on VVA-1)
