Grapes Flowering in November

I adopted the Grape Vine Inspector's position and duly inspected the vines, both indoors and out.
As a result of this inspection I have adopted the Grape Vine Reporter's position and can duly report that:-
There are no flowers

I haven't been out yet - still in slippers.
