I don't think I have ever seen blueberries in Aldi or Lidl. They are usually expensive plants wherever they may be bought.

Word of caution to anyone buying fruit bushes just now. Do not under any circumstances plant them in frozen or waterlogged soil.

I will keep my eyes open for blueberries. Starbucks pack up coffee grounds and have them in a basket for free!

I have 3 blueberries, the 2 good ones were from Wilkos at the end of the season and the rubbish one was from a nursery. #Annoying.

I got one though the GYO magazine. Under £6 and came with 3 packs of T&M seed (Red carrots, Black tomatoes and winter squash).

Its tiny but looks healthy enough so I expect it'll be at least couple of years before its producing any fruit but I do hope to get some. (I must be turning into an optimist)

I killed a blueberry that was growing away nicely in garden soil, by digging it up and planting it in ericaceus compost. So much for it being acid loving!

Do they use tax to fasten the bag or string?

Think you'll find most large companies use loop holes to tie their products and tax up tight!

Citrus? What sort of Citrus? I may be interested in a small orange tree, but the nearest Wilkinsons to me is quite far away.
