Blimey, was expecting something a bit bigger than that for that price but it's a while since I bought mine so maybe I'm out of touch on the price!

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Yip mine was tiny too, didn't think it would survive the winter outside. The first one I bought was on offer for £5.60 with seeds but I don't mind paying the extra this time.

Its size shouldn't affect whether it survives outside or not really. If it's hardy, and has been previously grown outside, or in an unheated polytunnel then the heat indoors could be just as much of a 'shock' as putting a tomato plant outside without hardening it off... When your next one arrives, I'd put it out in the daytime, in a sheltered spot, and bring it in at night for a few weeks, and then leave it outside altogether.
