Have just returned ......along with an apricot and greengage .. Only have a little 107 so that was fun..
Ours has two types of cherry , morello and can't remember but it wasn't stella.......Apples were braeburn, gala , cox's orange pippin and bramley......two types of pear conference and williams......victoria and greengage......early apricot.......red haven peach ......and long raspberry canes just said they were early, but no way could they be classed as trees.....
Next week they are having standard trained plants, olive, lemon, kumquats, Calamondin, chinotto, rosemary and lavender.....
Yeah, as tempted as I'am to buy a lemon tree, I think I'd better resist. They don't seem to do well as houseplants unless in a conservatory and would be hopeless outdoors. If ever I have a conservatory they'll be the first thing I'll put in it, along with a satsuma and some greenhouse grape like Black Hamburg.
I might put the peach tree in a half barrel if I can get one cheap.
so how exactly are you getting that mulberry tree ..........you'll never get the one from Coombe in your car
I'm getting a mulberry...now if only Aldi/Lidl had those. I have enough apples/pears/gages/cherries. Have quinces and a medlar. Just want that mulberry.

It was fun walking back to the carpark, 2 of us with a tree under each arm, we were a walking orchard. We had at least 2 other people who had allotments asking about the trees. A woman who wanted advice about tress and space and several other friendly comments and people gaping at us. You don't get that often in London. Then I had to sit in the back of the car, as we had to put the front passenger seat down to squeeze the trees in.
