    It's really good, works well with frozen gooseberries too - you just need to go easy on the water. I don't bother with lemon curd now, I save the lemons for the gin!

        About 2 and half lb. it's not the cheapest thing to make, but you can't compare it to the synthetic curds in the shops and if you keep chickens it's a great way to use up those eggs!
