  • To decant or not to decant

I have ordered some fruit bushes in 2l coir pots. Do I plant them still in the pots or take them out first?
The problem with rounded personalities is they don't tesselate.

Just make sure that the lip of the pot is under soil - if it's protruding from the soil it acts as a kind of wick drawing moisture out of the soil to evaporate and that stops the roots from growing through it. Made that mistake meself

Thanks, I wouldn't have thought of that.

Presumably I can leave them in the coir pots for a few weeks till I get the chance to plant them? Or will I need to sink them into the famous M Buckets in that case?
