Think I would repot that in JI no3 or citrus compost/grit mix. Then start feeding with a citrus feed.

Dont repot until it ( if it ) recovers, it looks like winter leaf drop, caused by strong sun on the leaves when the roots are too cold, you need to make sure the compost can dry out as with no leaves the tree uses little water.
At this time of year winter leaf drop is common , the sun is hot and the weather cold, the best thing would be a small heater mat, pet bed heater or similar under the plant pot and keep bright direct sun off it, it needs light if theres a heater under the pot, but not a lot
Take the temperature of the compost, it needs to be quite warm something like 75F to 80F if theres light hitting the branches or leaves
Never repot citrus unless its in active growth , or they usualy die

The leaves look like they are pointing outwards, this is a good sign , so just dont let strong sun on it without a heater, and watch you dont keep the compost wet, it must dry out between waterings
