do you water through winter

not sure if i should be watering my vine through the cold months.
my vine is in the greenhouse and the roots, do you water all through the winter or only on the odd occasion, not really sure on what i should be doing.

Is it in a pot Rita, or in the ground?

I water houseplants through winter. The greenhouse and polytunnel are empty at that time of year.

the vine is in the ground in the greenhouse, but i am not sure if i should water now or wait until it starts producing some leaves, also when do i start feeding the vine and what do you think is the best feed for it.
mine is a red, seedless.
