Raspberry Wilt

Noted since the weather turned back wet and windy that top parts of the foliage of the cane have wilted slightly (this year I trained them in loops, as my canes get long). This may be the wind and rain, I've looked for any disease in the canes (especially the dreaded blight) but there is no sign. Any ideas? It's almost as if that part of the foliage has no water in it but it isn't snapped....

So this is an old post but just in case anyone has seen this problem I'd like to say that today our Jewel rasps wilted on the top new growth and top flower heads. Now, about 6 hours later they're ok again! Weather today was hot in the sun so maybe that's got something to do with it.
