  • Too late to repot minarettes?

I wanted to trim the roots and repot some minarette trees but they have already started to produce buds. Is it too late? and what would be the consequence of not repotting if so?

Another option is to take them out of their pots and pop them straight in the ground - the soil is suitable but I thought keeping them in sunken pots would be easier if we wanted to move them.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Thank you

Don't know much about fruit but have a look at this....

Is says repot March or April- and as this is a cold Spring I'd say we are still having 'March weather'

Yeh- I'd do it now. If you don't repot , the roots won't be able to grow as much as they could, and the plant won't thrive.
Just water it well- and keep it frost free maybe??
