Is there a way to tell what variety of rhubarb you're growing? The crown I have was from my grandads allotment after he passed away...

Ohh I'm very interested to see what replies you get to this question.
I have quite a few Rhubarb plants and there are about three or four different types I think. Some are skinny and long and very red while others are thick and long and greener with speckled red stripy bits and some are red and quite stumpy.
Cant wait for replies.
