Hi All,
I noticed about 10 of these on my 4 blackcurrant plants this evening (probably could have found more if I was trying) and wanted some help to identify them.
I believe they appear to be leaf curling midge, but would appreciate other comments too. Yes, my blackcurrants were starting to show signs of leaf curl at the very top of the plant, but I thought this could easily be explained by the complete infestation of blackfly/aphids which I just squished.
For the record the lines on the paper are about 8mm distance from each other.
