    Thanks Snadge In our last house, there were 2 outdoor Peregrine peach trees and they cropped well most years though they did get peach leaf curl. Since I knew nothing about growing peaches, I did nothing In spite of me they still peached!!

      For some reason I got an apricot tree (a close relative) through the first year...........THEN it snuffed it!
      i have only put mine indoors this year just gone,over the winter,prior to that it sat outside,in its tub,we had -13deg for weeks and it just seemed to shrug it off,so you never can tell how hardy a plant is...
