    I have a new Tayberry which is now fruiting. as this is a new plant when do I cut it back. It was just a stick when I planted it and now has one branch with fruit on.

    Prune like blackberries and summer raspberries, cut out the fruited canes. The new canes left will be the ones to fruit for you next summer.

      I thought Tayberries fruited on 2 year old growth at least thats the advise I got when I posted a similar question here http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...ect_74479.html

        That's just what I said. You could leave it unpruned and it will still fruit.
