fruit trees in pots.

After getting a apple tree I want another 2 fruit trees but don't want to plant them in case we have to move in a few years (private landlord) I just don't want to dig them up, and I don't want to put them all down the bottom as they would attract the kids to the garden. So I was wondering how does dwarf variety's fair in pots? Also what size pot would people recommend?
