  • Orange spots on raspberry leaf

Hi, have just been up to my allotment and the raspberries are not great! I planted summer and autumn fruiting canes back in the autumn and a bout half of them died. I replaced them about a month ago and then the rabbits ate most of the new shoots!!!
Still not beaten, I netted them and they are now shooting, but have very small orange spots on the upper side of the leaves of some of them!!! Can't win!!
Could this be rust? We've got rust on the garlic, but that's just about ready now so have left it. Can any of you with more raspberry experience help??

**Saw a 'red & black froghopper' sitting on a potato leaf-just googled it-supposed to be a pest, but very beautiful!

Have a look on the underside of the leaf where the yellow dots are, if there are corresponding black marks then it is probably rust. The other cause of yellow dots and stunted growth is Arabis Mosaic virus, You would need to Google both for images to help you with them.
