I found them earlier when inspecting my grapevine.
I purchased last year from B&Q and it was in a sorry state.
The thing was really, really pot bound and what little soil it did have left had fallen out when the wind blew it over.
I honestly didn't think it was going to make it but i purchased it anyway, hoping i could get it to recover. And it has.
This is what i mean about these gel like balls.

I've checked every bud with leaves that are either as open as the ones in the image, or are just about opening.
These little things are on each of those buds.
They also feel like gel.
Like the same type of gel used in soil for water retention.
Is it anything to worry about as the vine itself seems to be coming on nicely.
Also, i do have it in my greenhouse, even though it can apparently be left outdoors in this current climate, so could it be anything to do with the relative humidity of the greenhouse itself?
