Jostaberry/Redcurrant flowering

I was a little surprised to discover that my Jostaberry plants and one of my redcurrants (Red Lake) are starting to flower. Is this too early?

Should I leave them be, or pinch them out so the plants can grow a little more?

My jostaberry has flowers too - I just leave them to get on with it
