Hey folks.
From what I've been reading, I should be feeding my young trees (x2) right about now.
A granular, general purpose feed scattered around the base and lightly dug in, is what I'm going with.
This time around, I've followed Dr Hessayon's advice (of the Expert book series), and just used Growmore. But as usual there are just enough alternative feeds on the shelves of my local G.C for me to doubt I've made the best choice. Vitax Q4+ seems more specific to what I want. Should I have used this?
Having applied a granular feed, do I need make any repeat applications later in the year, or supplement with any foliar sprays?
I have a 3 year old KOR on MM106, and a 1 year old Red Falstaff on M116, both planted last year.
Thanks.
