Fuzzy looking rhubarb

Hi,
Have just got back from my plot. I noticed as I was going that one of my rhubarb looked a bit fuzzy.
When I looked closer it looked as if it had a white/silver powder on the leaves. I checked the crown and it seemed fine but I think I saw a black ant.
I have looked in a couple of books since I got back and can't find anything about it.
I moved this plant last autumn when it had died down so don't know if this has anything to do with it.
Any advice very welcome. Thanks
