  • Second blossoming on plum tree

I have a Victoria plum tree with a good number of small growing plums. In the last week a new set of blossoms has appeared. Should I leave these alone or cut them off. Derek Byrne

I had the same on a plum some time ago, (removed the tree, may have been a Victoria), I just left it to do whatever it wanted.

Thank you for the reply. I'll leave it alone.

I actually have an apple doing exactly the same at this time.
Went to check on the state of one or two and found one has decided to blossom again. Could understand if it had no apple but it has a good few on it.

One of my plums has recently done likewise. I'm not sure what happened to the blossom.
