Hi I have 2 vines planted in April. I stupidly planted them before doing my research and the spot I choose is way to small and unsuitable. I have the perfect place now I know how they grow but was wondering is it ok to move at this time of year. Also will I need to cut them back if so where to. One last question the spot I would like to move them to has full sun till midday then shaded for the rest of the day will this be enough sun for them as at the moment they receive sun all day. Thanks.

I would leave them until they go dormant.
I know April wasn't long ago but plants tend to dislike being relocated at this time of the year.
Also a grape vine I moved some years ago never did like the idea, it simply died on me. However it had been in one place for quite a few years, so was somewhat established.
If you do relocate it now then get a big rootball to have the least impact on it.

Like Kirk I'd definitely leave it until the winter. That sun factor is tricky. Vines benefit more from the hotter afternoon sun than the cooler morning sun. But if it has to be morning only you can compensate a bit by removing leaves so that the sun gets onto the grapes themselves. There's also a option to do something with mirrors, reflecting the sun back onto the plant, but that's not always very practical.
