Rampant ramblers!

So , there is an advantage to letting the garden go! I've found it very hard to muster much enthusiasm for my garden this year. Not much energy due to recent circumstances , so the blackberry bushes have more or less taken over one corner behind my little veg patches and they are covered with huge fruit .
I've just picked a couple of pounds which will be made into jelly. Loads more ripening. Lovely! Are they early this year?

A lot of soft fruit seems to be early this year, i was picking blackcurrants and tayberries in June this year!
