Late fruiting strawberries

I have at present, Elsanta and Florence, which are early and mid season varieties.

Are there any varieties which will reliably crop through August or even September ?

Sounds like you need one of the ever bearing types. Unfortunately can't help you much on that, my latest ones are already finished although am picking a few little alpine ones every morning for on my cereal and they'll go on for a few weeks yet so long as I keep picking.
