Copper Fungicide - where can I buy a reasonable quantity?

Good afternoon all!

I'd like to know where I can buy a sufficient quantity of copper fungicide to spray nine 'cankered' trees that won't break the bank.

All I can find are small sachets (six to a box) that each make up 1 litre of liquid.

Use Bordeaux mix, much cheaper, available in bigger tubs, or cheaper again mix your own from lime and copper sulphate , both available on ebay

Copper fungicide won't get rid of the cankers that are already there; you'll need to prune them out.

Before hitting the little red 'nuke' button, post some pictures. Two of the three pictures in the first topic (MH's link) are not canker. The one on the cherry might be canker or might be something else.

Cherries don't like wet climates. They like low-rainfall climates and that's why they have very large/strong/invasive root systems to help them find the precious water in such dry climates.

Also worth mentioning that certain varieties of apple/plum/pear-cherry etc (usually the popular ones) are more prone to disease than others.
If young trees get canker it is often something they brought with them from the nursery (especially if the canker grows on stems which were present when you received the tree) and it may well be all through the tree with just a question of time before the tree is overrun.
Old books even advise against taking grafts from cankered trees - even if the graftwood looks healthy. I agree; apparently healthy graftwood from a cankered tree often fails to 'take' and often develops canker of its own.
