Yes there some bushes that haven't 'got it' yet, the worst ones are in the middle, I think they are too close, probably 6 bushes, + a couple of redcurrant. Strange, nothing is quite like it, on what i've read, so I reckon they are for 'the chop'.

Same here, when I first saw the pics I immediately thought 'rust' but there's not a lot of info on it to be found. (Or I'm just not finding it!) for the sake of the healthier ones I'd be taking the affected ones down to ground

How many bushes have you got? I don't think spacing will help but my bushes have around 4ft between each one.
I think I would prune hard and see if you can get some horse manure to cover the roots, this is what my grandfather did if he got "problems", basic I know but it did seem to work, the power of the horse poo probably knocked the "problem" for six, as they say in England, he fed the large family from his garden, for decades, he grew tatties so big you only needed one on your plate, and that was as a hungry youngster....

these fruit are gross feeders, just think of the amount you get, get some horse manure or mulch of compost or some of that commercial composted manure and dress around the roots,it will be gone by spring and the bushes bursting with health..
