my watermelon seedlings are now about 8'' tall and have starting growing ''proper'' leaves.
anyone else growing them? I have no idea really what to do now except transfer them to a bigger pot. should I keep them inside until it gets sunny outside again?
I'm worried about keeping them inside too long because when I was starting my courgettes off inside, I put all of the plants outside to harden off except one which I kept inside and just put it outside and left it without bringing it indoors at night like I did with the others, and now the others are thriving and this one is practically dead, so I think maybe I kept it inside too long and being put outside was a bit of a shock. so, basically I don't want my watermelon plants to go the same way lol.
