Moving Rhubarb

I have a Rhubarb patch in the garden and I want to move it to the allotment, can I do know?

Yes. Best not to harvest any this year though, to let it get re-established strongly.

The Old Boys on the plots say to leave them exposed to the frost for a while before replanting, as Blackmoor says.
