Someone else on here bought these as well I remember, anyone else, not happy with this variety?

      Or any ideas please?

      Thanks
Did you get any fruits Dorothy? Happy with the taste?

Got a few last year, bit hard, but that probably the weather, but it's just that they havent increased in volume as I expected, and I wondered if anyone else had similar experience?

        Did you grow them.

Nah sorry, actually I just started growing strawberries in my back garden so I am looking if any new varieties worth trying.

            Hi DR,

Yeh, I bought them last year - use the bags they came with and they did OK.
I replanted them during Autumn into a raised bed on the plot and they have been very slow so far this year. Some have 1 or 2 flowers, whilst others have nothing yet.

The Cambridge that I replanted in the bed next to them at the same time are absolutely thriving at the moment.
.......because you're thinking of putting the kettle on and making a pot of tea perhaps, you old weirdo. (Veggie Chicken - 25/01/18)

Hi Kevin,I knew someone else had bought these. I didn't use the bag things, but planted them straight into a newly dug bed, they didn't do that well, but as new plants didn't worry to much. This year, they have now got some flowers, but nothing compared to the bed of 'older' strawberries, in another bed, that are thick with flowers.

So I may well remove them at the end of season, and replace with some different ones.

There is a photo, on the 'photos of your plot page'.
