Peach Blossom

My peach tree (grown in the gable end of the greenhouse )is laden with blossom this year! Only problem is that all the blossom is on very spindly growth which won't support the peaches.
I've beenhand pollinating this evening with a small paintbrush but when fruits start to form I have big problems methinks!

Maybe rig up a support similar to that used for melons to support your peaches (old tights/bras!) ?

I promise I'm not a creepy weirdo, this is actually a widely used method!

Shouldn't be too much of a problem as the whole tree is trained on a framework of canes resembling a kite shape!

Mine is also covered in buds ...but not as far advanced as yours Snadge.
We tend to use large twigs/ branches intermingled with the peach tree to give added support.

Fingers crossed we don't get leaf curl as badly this year!

I saw one today, but I don't suppose he/she will be back.
Chickens tried to catch it, I can only guess what they would have done had they caught it

Talking about bees,a few times this week iv looked in the garden & seen my cat doing back flips & trying to catch a bee in the garden,sort of high-fiving it,the bee is really tame,bit silly how it comes at my cat. I remember my cat doing the same thing last year & now I'm thinking it's the same bee & that they play,I'l try & video it one day. Iv had a few bees overwintering here,found a nest of one bee under my shed when I moved it,there was a nest made out of paper that I found (ball shaped) in a huge pink shrub in the garden,about 6/7 foot up inside. Then another nest under some leaves,just one solitary bee. How long do they live? That's so cute if they both remember each other
