  • Moving fruiting strawberries

I've got some tasty strawb's in the ground I need to move in to containers but their already fruiting. If I do this will I upset the plants and will they die off?

I do not think they will die, but I would be very surprised if they continue to flower and fruit this year.
Feed the soil, not the plants.

If you can get a good rootball you may get away with it.

No chance you can leave them until they've finished fruiting, it's only a couple of weeks.....

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I transplanted some with strawberries and flowers on a couple of weeks ago. I made sure they had a good rootball and have made sure they have plenty of water and they seem fine.
