The new batch of pictures look fine. Nothing wrong at the moment, but stay vigilant because Cox can be prone to diseases.

Thanks for your help FB, it has rained a bit this afternoon and yes it does look better(not saying the rain has helped I'm not sure) i will keep a eye on it. to be honest i wish i hadn't planted this tree it was the first tree i bought & i should have researched a bit more before jumping in(too keen to get going)
im in Aberdeen & have been told i will be lucky to get any fruit off it.
