  • Tayberry

After taking the kids fruit picking this summer and discovering Tayberry in its finest jam form, I would love to grow some on our half allotment.

Is there anyone local to Lancashire who would be willing to let me buy some cuttings? The kiddies and wife loved the jam they made, I wish we had not picked the raspberries and just picked the tayberr it's instead.

Tayberries can be propagated from tip cuttings http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...ies_90753.html
If you buy a couple, you should be able to multiply them next year yourself.

Here's some Tayberry Madana Other stockists are available

Aldi also had tayberries (and other hybrid berries) in stock this year so probably will again.

I got mine earlier this year at Morrisons so they'll probably get them in again next year
