1 - Apple
2 - currant
3 - currant - could be the same as 2. Rub the leaves - if they smell of blackcurrant it is. If both bushes smell the same - they're the same (red and white currants smell the same - but different to blackcurrants)
4 - gooseberry or worcesterberry. Both are thorny.
5 - dunno

wow thanks all, everyone seems to be on the same page with some slight variations.. I will give the suspected berries a rub and see if they have a smell to them.. was nice to inherit something useable on the new patch, I think I will add a few other fruit bushes/plants in that section and allow it to be a little wild and let it grow out a bit, I like my beds and paths to be a bit clinical but would be nice to have a little section to encourage the bees and wildlife a bit, anyone else have a wild area?

Just rub the leaves, rather than risk damaging the berries. If it's blackcurrant the leaves will smell strongly of black currant. I have mine next to the path and every time I walk past the smell of Ribena wafts up as I brush past the leaves.

Just to add to it all:
Apple,
Currant - if I had to opt then Red Currant,
Another Currant - possibly the same = Red.
Gooseberry.
Half recognise the 5th, do not think it is a fruit as such. Half would expect small yellow/orange spherical "fruit" to appear.
